1 Shot Glass

A shot glass is a small glass designed to hold or measure liquor, which is either drunk straight from the glass ("a shot") or poured into a mixed drink.

Used for serving shots and layered cocktails. Cocktails in shot glasses are meant to be drunk quickly, in one gulp. The ideal option for busy and lively parties. Standard volume 40 to 60 ml.

Shot Glasses

I built a small Light Tent and tried to photograph these shot glasses, but they didn't turn out as I hoped. So I removed all the color and created a mask for the colored balls at the bottom of each glass.

Main flash Quantaray QDC 900WA from the right full power shot through tissue paper. Front fill using my camera's flash @ 1/2 power.

Shot in the Dark - 2009 48/365

Playing around with a mirror and some black card, bounced flash and milk in shot glasses. Was going to set up a couple more lights, but turned out this was all I needed. Very pleased with this shot.
