Because of your generous support, the PTO can continue to provide field trip transportation, The PTO provides activities to the students at BES throughout the year. Everything that the PTO sponsors or provides is funded solely by direct contributions, donations and fundraising. Every cent that is raised by the PTO is put back into the school in some way, shape or form. The PTO does not expect every family to participate in every fundraiser; we just hope that each family finds at least one that appeals to them. DIRECT FUNDRAISERS *Involves the selling of products *Typically, there are two per year INDIRECT FUNDRAISERS *No selling of products *Sign up at anytime. Includes: Hardings Community Script swipe card, Martin's swipe card, Gordon Food Service Swipe Card, Target Take Charge program and Box Tops for Education. Visit the store or their website for more information. If you have any fund-raising questions, please contact any PTO Board Member or our Fundraising Chairperson, Jennifer Granzow. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS o Collect money when taking orders. DO NOT collect sales tax. o Make checks payable to: Bridgman Elementary PTO. Payment due with orders. o Deadline for orders is Monday, October 18th. o Return order form and payment to your teacher. o DO NOT return the catalog.
