Please send in ASAP because it fills up fast. The Cpl. Brad Squires Memorial Fund was founded to honor and memorialize our son and brother, Brad Squires, who was killed in action on June 9, 2005 in Iraq, and all the Ohio Service members that, like Brad, also unselfishly gave their lives in Iraq protecting our freedom in the service of our Country. This year we will be placing the bronze tablet for 2007/2008/2009/2010 fallen heroes at the memorial. The fund also contributes to positive community activities that impact on the lives of its residents in a way that reflects the lasting mark Brad and his fellow Ohio Service members made on our lives, on their communities and throughout the world. Along with the continuous upkeep of the Memorial Plaza the fund contributes to the community, sports teams and academic scholarships. If you or you know of any businesses that would like to sponsor a hole or donation please pass this on. This would be much appreciated! The Cpl. With the help of the American people, donations to the Cpl Brad Squires Memorial Fund will help preserve a memorial at 7575 Old Oak Boulevard, Middleburg Hts., Ohio, that was dedicated June 2, 2007 for all the men and women in Ohio that have given their lives protecting our country’s freedom during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and to help continue to carry on their names.
A fund raiser is being planned at Scoundrels, 826 Front St., Berea, Ohio 44017 on Saturday, October 17, 2009 and the person sharing this letter with you has been authorized to seek items for donations at the fund raiser. Gift cards, gift baskets, etc would be greatly appreciated. Would you please give careful consideration to what you might contribute and 100% of the proceeds go to the Memorial Fund.
