Soda, The Natural way.

 Ginseng Up, Original

Ginseng up, is really unique. Its a soda, but a health drink. It can even be compared to tea. Overall the taste is extremely complex.  Great if you love to try new and exotic things. The sweetness isn't overpowering, because it's sweetened with honey not corn syrup or sugar. It has a woody taste, but is very refreshing. It tastes awesome ice cold.

Personally, I love it and want to buy a case or so when I get the chance. I've also heard good things about their cola. Check it out, you can find it in oriental markets and other stores.

Spicy Somen Recipe

Usually somen is used in cold salads and traditional japanese recipes.

But it tastes great in this soup. You can pick up somen in most oriental markets or specialty stores.

Feel free to add more veggies, they a raw feel to the soup.

Also, its great with a homemade jalapeño soy garlic and ginger, chutney sauce.
