Election Watch 2010
In the past elections, ballots were counted manually and takes a month or more to finish. The manual counting system was vulnerable to malicious insertions and shaving of votes. The new computerized system of counting of votes would eliminate those elections anomalies, but still not a perfect system, for it will not eliminate vote buying and selling.
The 2010 Philippine National Elections is only a month to go. This interactive map intends to document the first automated elections in the country. You can add balloons for news updates and election related incidents. If you possess photos and videos where it happened you can upload it in YouTube and place it inside the balloon.

If you wish to add additional youtube videos on this page, just send us your gmail address so we can grant you access as collaborator on the map.
