The apartment is one of only eight in the building that was converted from an old Chandlery. There is a swimming pool to the rear and a patio area for sunbathing, equipped with sun loungers. 

The apartment has its own balcony and is furnished for 4 people, it comprises of one double bedded room and one twin bedded room. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Bedding and towels are provided.

Just a few minutes walk to the sandy beach of El Portet, which is great for all the family, with restaurants, café, bars, mini-market and a chemist.

About 15 minutes walk or a few minutes drive into Moraira, formerly a fishing village, there's a marina, many shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and a weekly market.
