This is a nice animation video showing some exercises to get six pack
abs. You may want to watch it if you want to know how to lose belly fat
and get 6-pack abs. The first exercise is foot to foot crunch. Simply lei on the floor with your knees flexed and raise your upper back then move to the right side to touch your foot then move to the left side to touch your left foot. Second one is alternating curls abs, lei on the floor with your knee flexed and your hands behind your heads then raise your upper back trying to touch your left knee with your right elbow then alternate to try to touch your right knee with your left elbow and so on.
