Seventh exercise on our way to learn how to lose belly fat and get six
pack abs is cross arm crunch, with your knees flexed while lying on the
floor cross your arms in front of your chest and raise your upper back
to squeeze your abs. Eights and last one is double crunch, lei on the floor with your knees flexed and legs raised a little then raise your upper back and at the same time flex your hip and knees more to try to touch your feet with your hands, then lower your back and extend your leg a little bit.
