Third is push through, while lying on the floor with your knees flexed raise your upper and your hand pushing through between your thighs.

Forth exercise is 4 time abs, lei on the floor with your back stretched on the floor and hands behind your head raise your right leg with knee extended as far as you can, hold it there and raise the left leg as far as you can, then lower your right leg to the floor then lower the left leg to the floor.
