PTA News

SCHOOL STORE SALEPTA will be selling previous years' Bell's Crossing spirit items, including car magnets, t-shirts and sweatshirts, at the school store at reduced prices as long as supplies last.  Many items in the school store will be on sale (50% off or more) May 14 - May 25.  Friday, May 25 will be the last day the store will be open this school year.  Thank you for all the smiling faces and wonderful business this year!  If anyone is interested in volunteering in the school store next year, please contact Amy Prince @ 399-9907 or amykprince@yahoo.com.

SEEDS:  If you have any SEEDS books checked out, please make sure they are returned to the library by Friday, May 25. We have a few books that have been out several months that need to be returned. If you have any questions, contact Stacy Daniel, SEEDS Coordinator, at sundance1998@hotmail.com.

PTA Volunteers Needed:  Contact Abby Rogers abbyrogers@charter.net or 864-906-3991 if you are interested in volunteering with the PTA next year. There are several positions open with a wide range of responsibilities.

SCHOOL News

If you drink COKE products, please save the bottle caps to help our school! Dasani water is included.  The cases have a code on the plastic wrapper.  You can enter the codes at www.mycokerewards.com/schools<http://www.mycokerewards.com/schools or send the caps/codes to school and we will make sure they get entered.  This is a great way to earn points towards supplies and recreational items for the school.  A big thank you to those who have already been entering points and donating them to the school!

LAST DAY FOR EXTEND DAY CARE is Friday, May 25th.  There will be NO Extend Day during the last week of school, May 29th – June 1st.

What is SIC?  SIC stands for School Improvement Council. SICs play a key role in the education of our children by bringing together educators, parents, and community members to work together to improve their local schools (source www.sic.sc.gov). This committee is an advisory group to Bell’s Crossing; it does not focus on fund raising. Interested in learning more or being a member for the upcoming school year?  If so, please contact Stacy Daniel, SIC Chair, at sundance1998@hotmail.com.

FROM THE HEALTH ROOM:  Please be sure to pick up all medications by noon on June 1 or they will be destroyed.
