This is a public wiki experiment. The goal is to capture information about the city of Bellingham using entirely public input. I have seeded this site with some basic topics, but beyond that, the content is up to you, the people of Bellingham. What I want to see is what happens when people are given the opportunity to use this technology and an invitation to be both responsible and creative.
If you want to participate, simply send an email to bob@socgrp.com and ask for update access to this site. I will respond as soon as I can with an invitation from the site. You will have to have a Google account, but this is free and easily created using your existing email address.
I will moderate updates to this site. If I see something that I judge to be offensive to the public taste, I will remove it. Other than that, this experiment will not be censored, at least for now.
