They are building again, this time right on the main entrance of our living quarters, since it is quite hot during this time of year it is also rather dusty and when working during noon the heat must be terrible ( i wouldn't know, i hide in my home during those hours :) ). The workers are quite clever, they blocked one of the very few hydrants here with these blue metal things, only to be opened when they either need to wash themselves or just need some cool water in the face :)

There's been water main work in my area. The hydrants in my neighborhood were opened to flush out the line after the work was done. The cool water felt really good on my feet in the 90's heat we've been having.
