Almost done! It worked for about 5 minutes before the motor crapped out. I found a suitable replacement on eBay for $10. It's also not a factory MMB10 replacement motor (again, those are too hard to find and too expensive when you do) but it's close enough; for $10 I'll make it fit. After that, in my spare time, I'll air brush on some flames.

These aren't MMB10 stock pads. Those are too hard to find and too expensive when you do find them. These are new pads to a MasterCool window unit. I was able to get two MMB10 pads from each window unit pad. I simply cut them to fit. They're a little thicker than the MMB10 pads but they work great.
