Bee Bolder’s founding member worked in the field of Administration for over twenty years, with a professional background as a Legal Assistant in both national and international law firms. Her extensive experience working in fast paced environments producing accurate, quality work has placed demand on her services from Shareholders, Of Counsels, and Associates in Law Firms as well as real estate professionals throughout South and Central Florida.

Bee Bolder boasts wide ranging experience covering many areas including but not limited to reviewing multi-million dollar commercial and residential real estate contracts; preparing commercial leases for shopping centers; closing documents; order and review title; recordation of documents with the necessary governmental authorities; communicate with clients and lending institutions; prepare contract schedules/timelines; order corporate documents; draft correspondence; schedule meetings and conference calls; run conflict checks; and create form documents are all part our daily routine.
