The full balance of your stay is due at check-in.
We often have bookings well in advance. Once a confirmation email is received, a PayPal request is made for a deposit in order to hold the booking.
- There is a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the reservation required.
CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT
Please let us know your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 4pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
Luggage can be stored during the day of check-in and check-out, but must be collected by the guest or designated individual before the end of the day.
MEALS
A continental breakfast is provided each morning of a paid stay.
A set-menu dinner is offered for a fee of $20 per person (1/2 price for children). Please notify the hostess 12-24 hours in advance if you plan to have dinner at the B&B, as this offer is optional for both guest and hostess.
INJURY & HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
Guests take full responsibility for their property and well-being while staying at the B&B at Lansdowne Way. Any injury that occurs while staying at the B&B is the sole responsibility of the guest.
This B&B is NOT handicap accessible.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Further, the hostess has the right to refuse a room or service at his/her discretion. The hostess also retains the prerogative to ask guests to leave immediately if they do not abide by house rules or if at any time anyone at the B&B feels a threat to persons or property. In such an event, no monies will be returned.
