As you can see from the information to the right, these images are from back in August when the kites were hanging around in Rockford. The reason that these are finally seeing the light of day is that I have not taken the time to get out with my camera since the reality of actually selling my house set in. Therefore, when I finally took the time to sit down at the computer for more than a few minutes I realized that I had not posted in quite a while and really didn't have anything new in the queue to toss up here. So, here are some archival pictures for your enjoyment. At this point, we've begun to move out of the C'ville house in earnest. Over last weekend we had the immensely valued help of family and friends in moving the big stuff. We are now into the smaller, more fragile, and more oddly shaped stuff that we seem have purchased in great quantities over the last decade and a half. As far as the process of the sale is concerned, all lights are green and every hurdle has been overcome with the exception of the final appraisal report. We have no reason to fear that there will be any problem with it being of sufficient value to secure the loan for the buyer so we're taking advantage of the the remaining "nice" weather that we'll have over the next week or two and making sure that we are not killing ourselves to get everything out. It's been pretty tiring so far but I'm taking the next couple of days a little easier so that I can do another major run at it over the coming weekend.
