Phoenix Racing is a NASCAR team owned by James Finch. It currently fields the #09 Chevrolet Impala in the Sprint Cup Series driven by Bobby Labonte, and the #1 Chevrolet Impala in the Nationwide Series driven by Ryan Newman.
