Bsapiens Coaching Program
 

It is an organizational and individual development program, based in training, which enhances performances aimed at objectives, thus promoting the individual and professional development and of team performance by means of a personal supervision, which privileges sharing environments.

 

Uses attractive and interactive methodologies inviting to self-evaluation and to group performance improvements, in line with the company’s objectives (e-learning, outdoor sessions, individual development plans, etc.)

 

Bsapiens Coaching Model

In the Bsapiens model, we developed an innovative executive coaching model, based on hands on approach, structured in Sporting models, focused in the Professional and personal dynamics of each individual, within the scope of a knowledge management process, conducted by an older worker. The observation of behaviours and knowledge, the involvement, the change, the feed-back and training are crucial elements of this coaching model.

 

Bsapiens Blended Learning “Coaching for coaches” Training

The objective of this training is to provide the trainees with the Coaching competences developed under the Bsapiens Project, allowing them to build high performance teams through coaching methodologies and knowledge sharing by team leaders and elder workers.

 

General Objectives

The main objective of this training course is to provide the trainees with the coaching skills necessary to conduct their own coaching processes with their coaches.

 

Specific Objectives

At the end of the course the trainees should be able to:

 

·   Understand the coaching concept and the process;

 

·   Use the Bsapiens coaching tools to conduct a coaching process;

 

·   Use the Bsapiens self-knowledge tools to better understand himself and is

   capabilities as a coach.

 

Methodology
The used training methodology uses a blended approach, including on site sessions, asynchronous session and follow up activities. These training methodologies allow a better flexibility to the participant schedules.
 
At distance training

Coaching concepts and processes, self-awareness exercises, ICT’s competences, support documents for self-study.

 

Face-to-face sessions

Residential hands-on group training where the trainees develop their skills as coaches using learning by doing methodologies and role playing exercises.

Market of competencies / Competencies for the Labour Market Program

 

The title of this training programme “Market of Competencies” purposefully corresponds with the title of the project Competencies for the Labour Market which was successfully carried out in the Czech Republic. At the same time, the title contains the principle of selection (we ourselves are making selections at a market).

 

The aim is not only to introduce competencies required by employers in an entertaining and refreshing way, but also to ignite interest among the participants to become trainers of competencies in the near future and promoting the Czech training programmes developing strong sets of skills abroad. At the moment the majority of these training programmes is available in Czech, English, Flemish, Spanish and Polish language.

  

Market of competencies / Competencies for the Labour Market Model

It has been proved that each of the 15 competencies can be trained and developed. Not by traditional school-style ‘cramming’, but in the sense of learning by doing, an approach advocated by the great Czech educationalist Comenius.

 

Target groups:

Everybody from childhood to old age, companies and their employees, unemployed people, teachers and students, school management

At the end of the course the trainees should be able to:

   competencies training

 

·   Use the Market of competencies programme to conduct trainings to promote

   the competency education amongst employers and institutions

 

·   Use the Market of competencies tools and hints to improve one’s own level of

   soft skills

 

Methodology

The used training methodology uses a blended approach of onsite sessions and follow up activities. The training is oriented practically and makes use of the interactive training method with the involvement of the participants.
