The general objective of this project is to transfer the Bsapiens Coaching Program and the “Competences for the Labor Market“program, along with all the developed product and methodologies, to our partners’ countries, namely Bulgaria, Romania, The Netherlands, Portugal and the Check Republic.
Specific Objectives:
· Train trainers in our partner’s country to provide them the competencies that will allow
them to autonomously conduct the Bsapiens Coaching Program in their own country.
· Train trainers in our partner’s country to provide them the competencies that will allow
them to autonomously conduct the “Competences for the Labor Market” program in their
own country.
· Train new coaches so they can autonomously perform their own coaching program in
their workplace.
· Enhance elder workers knowledge in SME’s (as coaches).
· Improve soft skills in workers to increase productivity in employed workers and
employability for unemployed workers.
