Board Activities

1. Board Members to plan and execute community outreach activities on their blocks to-
   1. sign up new members;
   2. sign up COP volunteers; and
   3. raise community awareness of BECA.

2. Community outreach activities to include-
   1. Cook-outs;
   2. Door-knocking and canvassing; and
   3. Block clean ups.

3. Pre-sale of 50/50 raffle tickets as incentive to increase community participation at association meetings.

4. Outreach to non-resident property and business owners.
   1. Solicit non-resident property and business owners to join BECA via mail

5. Raise community awareness of BECA
   1. Develop new logo and slogan
   2. Purchase new banners with logo and slogan
   3. BECA shirts, hats, and other branding items to be worn and sold at BECA sponsored events.
   4. Welcome kits for new residents in the community.
   5. Launch BECA website
   6. Continue to distribute BECA newsletter to Association members
   7. BECA committees to incorporate BECA awareness activities in to committee work plans.
