About Me

I am a Certified Wellness Practitioner and Educator focusing primarily on Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Chi Massage), and Taoist Meditations. While I primarily specialize in women's issues, I work with both men and women. My one-on-one work is a multi-dimensional therapy where I utilize all of my "tools" to design personalized wellness programs for my clients. In addition to Reiki and Chi Nei Tsang, this includes the incorporation of nutrition, hydration, elimination, meditation, exercise, and emotional release writing into the program.

A Reiki Master since 1992 and a Certified Chi Nei Tsang instructor since 2006, I combine the benefits of both of these modalities in my treatments as well as my workshops.  I offer programs in Chi Nei Tsang and Reiki both locally and internationally.  As the former Director of Education and Certification for the Chi Nei Tsang Institute in Oakland, CA, I worked closely with the Institute’s director, Gilles Marin, in both the clinical and educational arms of the Institute. My almost 30 years of experience as an educator, and a workshop and wellness facilitator have provided me with a strong foundation, which enables me to empower my students and clients on their path to inner wellness, self-discovery, and increased awareness.
