Couldn't resist this one... A fight may break out at any minute. Bad Girl is really not the most peaceful of souls to begin with. She has a very nasty habit of pouncing quite suddenly. Luckily everything seems to be going ok this time, since they are still sitting together peaceably as I am uploading this. (Well, sort of peaceably - she is giving him some very nasty looks occasionally - to which he is totally oblivious, I might add). My favorite nightshirt is also much in evidence - hhh. I got this from Banff a year ago and it is coming apart, it has been worn and washed that much. Oh my... I could sit here like this forever, I think.

Nighty Night Primitive Santa

It is the evening of December 25 and after Santa got his foot massage and spa treatment he wrapped himself in his favorite nightshirt, grabbed Greystone, his teddy bear friend, and got his candlestick ready for the dark walk to his North Pole bedchamber. Mrs. Claus is making sure the elves are all tucked in before she joins santa for a well deserved rest. I sculpted santa's face with polymer clay and then antiqued it. He has a wood and wire armature and his clothing was made with cotton homespun. He is 19 1/2 inches tall.
