Mary Beth Brace, also known as Chef B, is the Baking/Pastry Arts/Entreprenuership teacher for 11th and 12th grade students in the Academy for Culinary Arts and Hotel Administration. In 2004, she was awarded NJ SkillsUSA Advisor of the Year as well as Region 1 Advisor of the Year. She has been an essential part of the club by having such a positive influence on her successful students. This is reflected by the countless state and national awards won each year by her SkillsUSA students.
