The wood chips around the playground are in need of raking--especially at the base of the slide.  Have a little time on the weekend to stop by and rake?  The students and playground staff would appreciate it!

 

Did you know we have a Clothes Closet for families in need?  For this room to really work, we need volunteers to check the status of the clothing every week.  The parent who has been helping with this for the past nine years would love the help and the opportunity to mentor someone to take this committee over next year.

 

The Clothes Closet is used for more than just families in need.  It is also where we go to supply our students with temporary clothing.  Accidents happen, and we want to make sure our students stay comfortable the rest of the day.  We especially need:  pull-on pants and sweats in smaller sizes.

 

There's always copying, copying, and more copying!  Any teacher would be glad to have any volunteer help with this---you don't have to copy just for your own student's class!

 

Field Trip Scholarships are often needed.  The PTA has a budget for this, but it never seems to be enough.  If your child's class is going on a field trip, please consider donating the admission amount for another student as well.
