Baxter Early Learning Center is a not for profit center registered with the State of Iowa. We are currently being rated in the Quality Rating System. We offer emergency care for Jasper County and temporary care for foster families. We accept State Billing Clients, Promise Job applicants and other state programs. We offer Preschool Scholarships and parent fee scholarships through United Way. The center receives funds through parent fees and grants.
