I decided to take it back to the old school this time. 1. I was originally going to be a Tegan, but that was nixed once my grandparents found out that my parents came up with it from a Dr. Who character. 2. My dad entered the army when my parents got married and I have lived in two countries and four states. 3. I have two younger sisters and one brother, all half-siblings. I have never called them that unless someone else explained their siblings in that way. It never occured to me that they were any less my siblings. 4. My first word(s) were "new car." We only got soap operas and "The Price Is Right" in English when we lived in Germany. 5. My huge fear of snakes is rooted in this National Geographic memory card game. My dad would tease me with the rattlesnake card and drop it down my pajama pants. 6. I had an imaginary friend named Leah Girl. Not Leah. Lead Girl. She moved away when my sister was born. 7. My dad drove a Bronco II for most of my childhood and my favorite memories are of him holding my hand over the gear shift and letting me "drive." 8. I have a birthmark the size of a dime on the back left thigh. I also have a silver lock of hair that is a birthmark and will not take any color when I dye it. 9. I have always had an issue with my food touching/mixing. I used to be more anal about it but I still can't take syrup all over my pancakes. 10. I also had an issue with clothes "touching" me. Well, I still do. If I feel a seam I focus on it all day and get really agitated. 11. My favorite band was Queen growing up and I would align my sisters on our front porch steps and give them parts to "Bohemian Rhapsody." I also sang lead, of course. 12. When I was in second grade I wanted to go as Hulk Hogan for Halloween. My mother made a clown costume for me instead and had to paint me as a "sad clown" because I cried so much that night. 13. I had my first kiss when I was in first grade. And the second one came in...12th. 14. I cried when I was in third grade after taking an eye exam because, as I informed my mother, "it was the first test I failed." For 85% of my childhood I have glasses that covered about 85% of my face. 15. I have never broken a bone, but have displaced my ankle, knee, and shoulder multiple times. 16. I have only gotten into "real" trouble once; I recorded over my mom's cassette of Pink Floyd's "The Wall."
