gloria has a deep-seated and irrational hatred of buttons. i, on the other hand, love buttons. i love lots of buttons, and i especially love gigantic buttons. i went to lane bryant today because they have adorable and cheap panties (5 for $25!) and ended up getting xmas pajamas and this contraption. i'm not sure what to call it, and i can't find my exact one online. others similar to it seem to be called "swing jackets." basically it's got two big buttons above my boobs, and the rest is open. the material's super soft and warm, and obviously the big plus is no buttons over the boobs. i can't wear anything button-up. =( i tried to find a bra, but after trying on two i gave up. if i can't shove these goddamn things in a 44ddd i fucking give up. i'll wear my old ones that work well enough forever. other than that today was actually rather productive. we took tima and beans to the vet at 09:00, raz to the vet at 11:00, i finally bought fight club—best movie EVAR—on dvd to replce the VHS version, got a bitching red and black hello kitty DS case to match my red and black DS, and went to the optometrist at 14:00. as anticipated, my prescription is the same: 0.50 for the right eye, 0.75 for the left. it's pitifully weak, but if i don't wear them my poor eyeballs hurt. for some reason being farsighted makes me proud, as if reading minuscule type 10 feet away is a big accomplishment. just don't ask me to read something up close with my left eye. bleh stupid left eye. that also happens to be the stupid eye that never opens all the way. i picked out some black cat-eye frames with little rhinestones. they're not big clunky plastic ones like i usually like, but i can appreciate small change in my life. we'll see how i feel about them in a week when they're ready. ooh, and mummy sent me a halloween package that included two batman keychains. i ♥ my mummy. do pardon the tardiness. i was caught up playing the world ends with you. 11/2/08 00:15

that vein in my foot is creepy. razzypoop loves it all the same. owen learned of the third season of jigoku shoujo and got the first two episodes downloaded. i was stoked all day long in anticipation of watching them. it's such a good show. i also got my cmas[sic] presents from blanca and glo. glo gave me a string of lights with batman heads on them, and blanca gave me a hello kitty measuring cup and hello kitty measuring spoons, shaped like hearts of course. i'll take pictures of them when i don't feel so utterly wretched. again with the involuntary passing out, this time in the floor. =/ what am i gonna do with myself? i guess it's a good thing i've got two weeks off starting saturday! god bless working for the state... 12/19/08 00:32
