Shabby chic I've been interested in seeing inside this house for a few years as I drove past and was happy to find out this was the one the agent had booked in for a shoot. Nothing too special, a 1920s cottage with modern contemporay living space added to the rear, quite common for properties over here, but I just like the feel of these style of houses. This style of decor is called in Australia "shabby chic" -- kind of a poor man's French Provincial rip off. Couple of hand held speedlights bounced above the camera.
