Basildon WI Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month in St Stephen's Church Centre, at 2.30 pm, except for August and December.

    Visitors are welcome to all meetings, except those in August and December, which are by invitation only and usually take the form of a Garden Party or Christmas Lunch.

    Whether you fancy making new friends or enjoying an afternoon out, you'll be more than welcome at our meetings. We have speakers and demonstrations on subjects such as crafts, travel, history, art and geography. Once a year we discuss matters to be debated at our National Federation's AGM.

    In addition to our monthly meetings we arrange outings, workshops, play Scrabble, and enjoy a weekly exercise class.
