Open to children attending school Year 1 up to age 13, our lively class teaches exercise, basic technique, focus pads, and partner working. Students are encouraged to try their best and learn a variety of martial arts skills. Parents are encouraged to take an interest in classes - everyone is welcome to come and watch any time. Classes involve warming up exercises, learning techniques and practicing on focus pads and other equipment.
