We suddenly have a lot more space downstairs again so we got the dog beds out of the container so that the dogs are off of the warm floor, now the heat pump is running again. Barney, for reasons best known to himself, seems to prefer to cram himself into the smaller of the two beds, whilst Fern, a third of Barney's size, gets to languish in the big bed. Perhaps Barney does this to avoid Fern getting into the big bed with him. Hmmmm... Dogs are strange...
