| A four bedroomed Victorian property, dating from the 1860's, Glantrefor offers a comfortable and elegant home from home. West facing, the property is light and airy with views of the sea from upper floors. Within the rooms are 4 double beds and 2 single beds. There is a fully functional kitchen and dining area, along with a large lounge with TV, Dvd, and a large bay window. In the basement there is a games room with table football and table tennis. There is a large bathroom that includes a separate shower cubicle. There are also 2 further WC's. Outside, there is a terraced patio with barbeque and garden furniture. The property's location offers a degree of peace from the hub hub of the centre of town but with the added benefit of this also only being a 5 minute walk away. Glantrefor is extremely convenient, being only minutes walk from the beach, supermarket, pubs and restaurants leisure centre, tennis courts, children's play area, crown green bowling and Barmouth's picturesque harbour. Despite this you will nevertheless still find the house peaceful and quiet. Head up the mountains behind the house and you are in another world altogether with breathtaking views and rewarding walks. |
