It's from London, what do you expect? Other: New! Stumptuous.com This is a really good site about strength training. It's geared towards women, but not in that sissy way that most Discovery Health things are about. I'm sure everything on it is also applicable to men, you should all take a look. It's very straightforward without any of the bull you normally get from fitness resources. Also New! Stronglifts 5x5 Another really good strength training site. I've been doing the Stronlifts 5x5 program since August, and have seen more results than any other workout program I've ever tried. I highly highly recommend it.
