Mimoides chisoculis (family Papilionidae) Mimoides chisoculis is a butterfly of rain forest and cloud forest, as can be seen on this Fusion Table map (zoom in almost halfway and you will see that the sites all lie well east of the highway and on the invisible volcanoes). The caterpillars eat leaves of members of the custard apple family, Annonaceae, and have been predominantly found on one plant, Rollinia membranacea.
