What is an ideal day like for me? The world may never know, especially not I. This project is a way for me to generate schedule ideas, and hope to one day adhere to them. Thanks to the Nasa Channel for having shows on proper sleeping.
Schedule
- 5am: Naturally awaken. Check PosterCalendar. Eat pre-measured oatmeal or Cheerios out of fridge, with SoyMilk. Sip of Liquid Vitamins. Stretch and Treadmill or Jog. Shave in shower with little mirror. Properly dress for weather.
6am: Check Gmail. Cell alarm goes off in case I didn't wake yet. Loud Christian music automatically starts playing on laptop, for two hours. 7am: 8am: 9am: Check Gmail. 10am: 11am: 12am Noon: Check Gmail. Salad or leftovers for Lunch. 1pm: 2pm: 3pm: 4pm: 5pm: 6pm: 7pm: 8pm: Check Gmail. Lay out clothes for next day. 8 or 9pm: Shower. Get ready for sleep. Pray. Quiet, soothing environment music automatically starts playing on laptop, for three hours.
