Ten Commandments


Basic 10 Commandments

1. You shall have no other Gods before me.
(Believe Only in The One True God, The Father of Jesus Christ)

2. You shall not make for yourselves an idol.
(Don't Make or Worship a False God)

3. You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God.
(Only Say God's Name In An Uplifting, Humble Manor)

4. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
(Keep Pure Our Weekly Day of Rest & Worship)

5. Honor your father and your mother.
(Highly Respect Your Parents)

6. You shall not murder.
(Never Kill)

7. You shall not commit adultery.
(Don't Sleep Around with Anyone You Aren't Married To)

8. You shall not steal.
(Don't Take what Isn't Yours)

9. You shall not give false testimony.
(Don't Give False Testimony)

10. You shall not covet.
(Don't Desire What Isn't Yours)

The Ten Commandments are 600-something... [I need to type up a good description of what they are in basic terms, and then define each one and the schools of thought.]
