I am currently working on R&D projects in the Image Computing Group of the company Mauna Kea Technologies.

In October 2011, I completed my PhD thesis entitled "Smart Atlas for Endomicroscopy Diagnosis Support: A Clinical Application of Content-Based Image Retrieval".
The purpose of this thesis is the retrieval of endomicroscopic videos to support the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancers.

This CIFRE thesis was in collaboration between the company Mauna Kea Technologies in Paris, and the research laboratory Asclepios Research Team at INRIA - Sophia Antipolis.

In 2007, I worked at Asclepios as an engineer for one year, on the topology changes module of the SOFA project (Simulation Open Framework Architecture),
which topic is 3D modeling of deformable structures and real-time simulation of surgical procedures.

This first experience reinforced my wish to work in the interface between science and medicine.

I graduated from ENSIMAG ("Ecole Normale Supérieure en Informatique et Mathématiques Appliquées" in Grenoble),
and spent the third year of engineering school on exchange at the University of Waterloo, Canada.

In scientific research, my favourite topics are medical imaging, biomathematics, theory of language and topology.
