Salvation Army Bell-Ringing

On December 6, 2008, members of the Baraboo Lions Club volunteered their time to help collect donations for the Salvation Army this Holiday season.

Lions Donate to Food Pantry

The Baraboo Lions Club donated $500 to the Baraboo Food Pantry on November 6, 2008.  This donation will help support the growing number of families in need of food this holiday season.

2009 District Convention

The Warrens and Oakdale Lions Clubs will be holding the 27 D-2 District Convention in 2009

When?
The convention will be taking place on Friday, February 13th and Saturday, February 14th.

Where?
Tee Pee Supper Club and Convention Center in Tomah (Map)

Collision for Vision is now on Facebook

We now have a group on Facebook dedicated to the Collision for Vision.

This year a group popped up, created by one of the drivers in the demo derby.  Now there is an *official* group on Facebook by the name of "Collision for Vision - Baraboo Lions Club" to inform some of the people who frequent Facebook and would like to be up to date on future Collision for Vision events.

August 2008

The Baraboo Lions Club donated $2,330.25 to the Baraboo School District.  The money is being used to purchase a new computer and software to aid a sight impaired student within the district.
