The Israel Economic Mission in association with the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute will be hosting “Banking on Israeli IT” on February 23 - 24, 2009. This is a first opportunity for Israeli software companies to highlight their technologies and solutions to Canada's Financial Sector.

 

This event will aim to highlight the technology, and create a forum and opportunity for joint ventures and technology transfer. The Israeli software companies will be available to hold one-on-one meetings with representatives at Canada’s leading banks, insurance companies, financial services companies, and system integrators.

 

Israel’s established solutions are in use in numerous financial institutions worldwide. The visiting companies will offer solutions in the area of encryption, on-line security, mobile banking, on-line payment systems, disaster recovery/business continuity and application access and virtualization solutions.
