Octopus Ornament

A unique art piece in bold vibrant colors! Our hand blown Octopus Ornament begins with clear glass tubing combined with color rods of Multi Blue. We then swirled the colors and blow them out to create our signature octopus' head. The finishing touch is our favorite part, attaching the matching lampwork legs to simulate the octopus in motion with dots of clear to make the suctions. Amber Purple eyes finish this piece. Rock Creek Cemetery - mausoleum's stained glass window - Thy rod and Thy staff

Note on all of these stained glass windows - I discovered that many of the mausoleums had these windows in the back wall, so I had to aim the camera through whatever decorative metal work there was on the doors, up the ISO, and hold my breath. I couldn't really get a good angle on any of them, which is why some of them, like this one, are cut off. But I consider these to be a real find!! This one was taken through a very dirty window.
