The first order must be prepaid (we will supply a pro-forma invoice).
After that, if we like the cut of your jib will will supply on credit.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
If do this before we ship your board(s), there will be an administration-fee per board.
If do this after we ship your board(s), there will be an administration- and retesting-fee per board; items must be returned in their original packaging; you must pay for return postage.

GUARANTEE

The boards are designed following established principles, and built to high standards by an assembly-house that is geared up for military work.
The boards are JTAGged before despatch, and we will supply step-by-step instructions to enable you to boot Linux.
If this sequence doesn’t work, contact us within 28 days of receipt; return the board to us only if we ask (items must be returned in their original packaging; you must pay for return postage).
Once you start connecting the board to the outside world, the guarantee ceases (and we cannot accept returns).

DELIVERY

BalloonBoards and accessories are normally held in stock.
Out of stock items will be sent as soon as possible.
We will ship by the best means possible (speed / reliability / economy).
Shipping will be charged at cost-plus-handling.
