Chicken Wings in Marinade Sauce
In a pan, slowly heat a mixture of 3 tbsp. light soy sauce, 1 tbsp. each of dark soy sauce, chinese wine, vinegar & finely shredded ginger, 3 tbsp water ,add some brown sugar if u want it to be a little sweet , bring the mixture to a boil., add around the chicken wings, mix the wings with the sauce, then cover pan Add some ground black pepper if u wish.

3 more quarts of tomato sauce were canned today. I'm getting low on jars and fully plan on running out when I get to the rest of the apples on the tree - so today the apple-pear sauce was put into two pint freezer containers and a little extra for my lunch tomorrow.
