Chicken Cacciatore and roasted red potatoes. Ok so I don't cook. Ever. It's just not something I enjoy doing. I'm a bad wife that way. I have cook books that I've acquired with the intent to learn to cook and acquire an enjoyment for it. This is the first time I've used the one we received as a wedding gift a year and a half ago, and it turned out beautifully! So yummy! The taters were actually easier than I thought they'd be. I also couldn't just get one or two at the grocery store. I had to buy a whole five pound bag. So it looks like I'll be making the potatoes again in the near future. So really cooking a real meal: a success! Woo hoo!! Chicken Cacciatore heaven
