About PTA Bailey's Elementary School is located in the diverse Bailey's Crossroads section of Fairfax County, Virginia. Welcome to Bailey’s Elementary School for the Arts and Sciences. The mission of the PTA is to support the students, teachers, and staff at Bailey's Elementary School. We encourage parents to be active in the PTA as well as in the school itself. There are many ways that you can contribute to the success of the school. We encourage you to join the PTA, attend PTA meetings, volunteer in your child's classroom, or for the various before and after school activities.
