Special Hours

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day:  Close at 1400 13 January, re-open at 1700 16 January
Spring Break:  Close at 1400 9 March, re-open with regular hours 18 March

Extended Hours for Exams:
4 May 2012:  0730-2130
6 May 2012:  1400-2130


We will close 11 May at 1400 for Summer.

Donations

Are you interested in donating a book to the library?  Book donations are commemorated by a letter and a book plate giving the name of the donor (or the name of the individual honored by the donation).

If you want to donate materials but don't know what we might like, you can visit Baer Memorial Library's Amazon Wish List.

Things to Remember...

  • You will need a photo id to check out books or to use reserve items.
  • The first time you check-out, you will also need to provide your school e-mail address and your MMI Box number.
  • The library uses your school e-mail address for most communication, including reserves and overdues.  It is your responsibility to check your e-mail and make sure your library account is in good standing.
  • All school rules apply in the library.

Room Reservations

Need to reserve the library for a tour?  Want to show a movie to your class in the Woody Moore Room?  Would using one of our computer labs make your class easier?  Click here for room schedules to see if the room is available when you need it.  Then, e-mail or call the library to reserve the room.

As per our policy manual, rooms can only be reserved by MMI staff or faculty members.
