Anyone else catch this article in USA Today about new guidelines from the Secretary of Education? The challenge to create a program that draws and retains students - many of whom are our most at risk - must be met. I think the "bullpen" on the ground floor of the ATW will be a real magnet for students. We should remember that we're building something in the ATW like nothing else in the area.
