Clover Lab Write up due Weds 9/7/2011
1) Write a paragraph describing the procedure of the lab. (what and how we did what we did)
2) why was it important that you randomly tossed your frisbee around the field, what could have happened to your data if you didn't randomly toss your frisbee
3) how could the term bias relate to your answer for question #2? why was it important for you not to know where the frisbee would land?
4) why does your total post-lab clover population estimate differ from the total class data estimate below?
5) why is the estimate below more accurate than yours, (not because Mr. Streng did it)
6) what would your population estimate be if you only tossed the frisbee once?
7) what does this tell you about the number of samples (tosses) in an experiment
