ACCOMMODATION AND ARRIVAL St Anne’s College (Woodstock Road, Oxford) is set in its own pleasant campus, with conference accommodation and sessions taking place in adjacent buildings, all within a short walk of the city centre. Accommodation for delegates is in single study bedrooms with either private facilities (ensuite) or shared bathrooms (standard). Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided.
Residential delegates should go first to Reception at the College's main entrance, to collect their room keys. Once you have collected your keys and have settled in, register at the Conference Desk in the foyer and collect your badge and conference folder. The first session is at 10.30 on Saturday. Day delegates should go straight to the Conference Desk in the Ruth Deech foyer.
Delegates arriving early should check in at Reception, and register on Saturday morning.

They will be passed to delegates at the earliest opportunity, but those awaiting messages are urged to check with the conference desk at regular intervals. DEPARTURE Delegates must check out after breakfast on the day of departure and by 10:00 at the latest. Guests should retain their room keys for the duration of the conference and return them to Reception on checking out. Safe storage of luggage will be provided on the final morning – guests leaving earlier should check with the Conference Desk for safe storage.

EMAIL ACCESS St Anne’s College has WiFi in the meeting areas – please ask at the Conference Desk (NB: not Reception) for a password so that you can log in. In the bedrooms wired Internet access is also available, so please remember to bring your cable. Please note that printing and photocopying facilities are not offered during the conference.
BOOK DISPLAY Conference delegates will be pleased to see Rex Williams in charge of the book exhibition in the Ruth Deech foyer. Orders for books from the display may be left with Rex. A number of other publishers will be represented at the Conference.
MEALS AND RECEPTIONS Meals will take place in the Dining Room. Please note that the Conference Dinner must be booked in advance. Delegates are warmly invited to attend the receptions during the conference. On Saturday there will be a reception following Plenary 1 and on Sunday the reception which precedes the Conference Dinner is hosted by the Canadian High Commission. The Québec Government Office will host a lunchtime reception on Sunday, when this year’s Prix du Québec will be awarded.
