Internet Access

Internet access is available via wired ethernet connection in bedrooms (n.b. wireless is not available in bedrooms). In order to connect to the internet you will need a registration code – please ask at the Conference Desk. Registration is a one-time action and once registered your registration will remain active for the duration of your stay.

Early arrivals

Delegates arriving on the 27th March should check in at Reception. Breakfast on 28 March is at 08:00 in the Dining Room, and the Registration Desk will open in the Ruth Deech Foyer at 10:00.
There are no arrangements for dinner on 27 March, but there is a list of nearby restaurants in the attachment below.

Payment in C$

Please note that there is a mistake in the registration form which was sent to Canadian delegates: at the foot of the page the total appears to be in sterling rather than Canadian dollars. Payment in C$ is perfectly acceptable - please correct the form or use the one downloaded below, which has been corrected.
