Apologies but my original breif was to include all vehicles. WARNING the following will seriously damage your health. Reva G-Wiz i (2001-on) Obviously having a laugh when they named this. An electric car made by the Indian REVA Electric Car Company This 8 ft. 6 ins monster is to accommodate two adults in the front and two children in the rear with the rear seats designed to fold to accommodate luggage. The first model 2001-07 was powered by a 400 amp motor controller to a DC motor rated at 6.4 bhp to a maximum 13.1 bhp POWER came from 8 x 6 volt lead acid batteries. It came without a strengthened chassis that allows later models to participate in 25 mph crash tests. A second vehicle was introduced to the UK in 2008 (lucky UK) with the same battery configuration but with an AC motor which allows the vehicle to climb hills more efficiently and reach a maximum 50 mph. The vehicle has a nominal range of 50 miles but use of air conditioning or speeding reduces this. The vehicle now has increased safety features such as collapsible steering, front disc brakes and a strengthened chassis. It passed the Indian 25 mph crash test. In 2009 a faster version the Reva L-ion using powered by lithium-ion batteries reducing the weight to 565 kg. The Reva is exempt from European crash test rules due to the weight classifying it a heavy quadricycle. The UK DoT has expressed serious concerns after crash testing the original version into a deformable barrier at 35 mph (part of normal safety test) and a Top Gear test which followed European NCAP crash test specification concluded a crash of 40 mph would result in serious or potentially life threatening injuries. If you still want one the cost in the UK for a standard vehicle is ? 9995 Shot in Berkley Street in that London 22.05.2010 Ref 51-29

Marjaliisa buys a car in Helsinki
She will eventually buy a car like this for a price much lower than the selling price in Finland because she will use it for her work in Germany. She saved 12,000 Euros because she didn't have to pay the Finnish taxes. After six months of use in Germany, she may return with it to Finland without any car tax obligations. It's all very complicated. Here son Vihelm explains the collapsible seat to his mother and his father Seppo.
